A day at a theme park is full of smiles, surprises, and moments that move you. But the best expressions often appear when no one is holding a camera.

When you try to capture photos or videos, someone has to be the photographer—and that person often ends up missing from the memories.

So we set out to build a way to capture everyone's natural smiles, without anyone having to think about taking pictures.
That's how Presma was born.

Frequently Asked Questions

QCan Presma be installed at any theme park?

Yes. Presma isn't designed for any single facility. We plan camera placement around each park's size and guest flow.

QWhat do guests need to do?

Just register a photo of your face once. Cameras in the park find you and put your day together into a video. *You can delete your registered face photo yourself at any time. However, data related to highlight videos you have already purchased may not be deletable from the "Face List" screen. When you close your account, this data will be deleted along with related data, but it may be retained for the period needed to provide the service and ensure quality (in principle, 60 days from the date of filming). For details, please see our Privacy Policy (Japanese).

QWill my scenes always be found?

Face angle, distance from the camera, crowds, weather, and other conditions can sometimes keep us from finding your scenes. It can be especially difficult when part of your face is covered, for example by a mask or sunglasses. That's why you can check a free preview before buying, and only purchase once you're happy with it.

QCan I register my child's face photo?

Yes. Parents and guardians can register their child's photo from their own account. Register a photo for each family member to enjoy scenes of the whole family, kids included.

QWill people who haven't registered appear in the videos?

People who haven't registered are masked. Presma is designed with privacy in mind.

QHow long does installation take?

It depends on the size of the facility and the number of cameras. Please get in touch to discuss.

QIs there a cost for guests?

Previewing your video is completely free. *Prices for purchasing and downloading videos vary by facility.
